The cage needs to have good corrosion resistance. In the working environment, the lubricating oil in the bearing is easily oxidized at high temperature, which generates corrosive substances, which accelerates the fatigue of the bearing and shortens the service life of the bearing. The normal operating temperature of a car engine is generally between 80 ° C and 90 ° C, and some highly reinforced engine operating temperatures can reach 90 ° ~ 100 ° C or more. For example, the normal operating temperature of a gasoline engine used in a car is generally between 95 ° C and 105 ° C. Therefore, the cage should be able to work stably for a long period of time at a temperature of 105 ° C without melting or softening. It is recommended to use deep groove ball bearing cage, aligning ball bearing cage, needle roller bearing cage, one-way bearing cage and angular contact bearing cage.
Material suggestion: general use PA66 + GF25 (BASF), bearing temperature greater than 120 ℃ to 160 ℃ for a long time using PA46 + GF30 (DSM)
